Role-to-role execution

Use these assignments to keep ownership clear and avoid duplicated work.

Company Admin

  • Configure modules, branding, payments, reminders, templates
  • Approve customers, subscriptions, invoices, and operational controls
  • Review dashboards, alerts, reports, and support escalations

HR / Office Ops

  • Create departments and task teams
  • Assign two or more staff to a single execution team
  • Monitor attendance, roster, leave, and staffing load

Staff / Technicians

  • Receive individual or team-assigned tasks on dashboard
  • Update task progress, field notes, proof, and closure state
  • Capture attendance, travel, fuel, and device/site activity

Customer

  • View basic account controls
  • Create refer-a-friend leads
  • Use support channels for billing or service issues

Team assignment rule

When a task is assigned to a team, it should appear for every included team member. This ensures no single-member dependency for field operations.
